Help with ID of possible pest

Found this possible pest on bottom of snail shell.

Is it moving?
Visible/identifiable body parts (head,etc..)

So small and picture is a bit out of focus..

No hasn't moved at all. Lives on she'll. Is very hard. Cannot pick it off. Almost seems bonded to black margarita snail she'll haven't seen any thing come out of it either

Might be a dead bit of coral, died in its first growth stages. If it doesn't move, that's likely what it is.

Ah okay as long as it's not some crazy coral eating monster that will reproduce, should I try to remove? Have picked at it to look at it under microscope but hard to tell what exactly it is. Looks like cal, but wasn't sure.

Dead barnacle.

Leave it or pick it off..
Either way its harmless.
