Help with ID on few things

The picture isn't very clear but does anyone know what these are? The biggest ones are about 1cm in size, I have also seen their skin floating about like they molted.

Also are these anything to worry about?

First one is an amphipod. Beneficial and harmless ( there are some that can be pests but that one looks like a run-of-the-mill good guy).

Second picture not sure.

I should ask what I’m the second pic are you trying to identify? The circular white things look to be spirobid worms. As for the chunkier white pieces not sure

Do they move or are they stuck there?

Do they look like this from the other angle? Pineapple sponges sometimes look like blobs until they fully get there shape. Harmless if so.
