Help with Identification

Give it the proper light, and feed it once a week and it'll come back pretty easily. Love the ability of the Euphyllia family to bounce back. Even if it looks like it's completely dead, leave it in the tank for about a month, sometimes they will sprout heads from an apparently dead skeleton.
 
I bought this thing from my LFS and it was this color - they are usually pretty reliable so I am surprised its bleached but I have it in good lighting and am feeding it every 3 days like all my other corals, so we will see. I think it might be beached as well because the base of the hammers is greenish.
