Help with inwall tank construction

I am going to build a 120 in wall tank, with front and right side exposed to finished area, back of tank in a storage room and left side against a wall. My question is how should I finish the wall where the left side of the tank is going to be against?
Should I use green drywall, cement board or plywood? And then what should I cover that with, kitchen and bath paint?

Any good oil based paint will do.

Use green or cement board. Green really is fine with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of 2 part acrylic paint.

I would recommend a green board. Things will get humid and you dont want the drywall bubbling.
