Help with lighting choice

Okay so I have tried to narrow down my lighting choices but I need some help. Here are the 2 I am looking at.

This light will go on my 24"x24"x24" cube. I like the T5 light but will it be enough?

Judging from the spacing of the bulbs and what I can see of the reflector on the T5 it doesn't appear to have individuals reflectors... which means the output of them will suffer significantly (using just as much electricity to produce less light is no fun for anyone).

The sunlight supply seems like a good buy, but how much will the additional bulbs be to get this set up for your tank?

New wave is not for wet environments if you want a good one I think the tek is great and also heard good things about aquamedic.

Well I really liked the orbit the best. Because it is a complete 24 hour lighting system. Tek only makes a 4 bulb 24" unit and the aquamedic does not have individual reflectors. Any other suggestions since no one has suggested the outer orbit? Thanks
