help with low ph and alk

ive testing my water and for the last couple of weeks ive been betting real low ph and alk readings.
ph- 7.9
alk- 4.5 meq/l

4.5 meg/L for the alk is a little high not low.

what time are you testing when the lights are on or off?

ive been testing both on and off.... i didnt think it would make a difference.
my calcium is pretty low also at 390-400
my salinity is at 1.024
