Help with MP40 Quiet Drive Settings

I am new to Vortec powerheads and do not know how to set my reefcrest, shortpulse, etc. Can anyone break this down for me on what I need to do and the different settings?

Also, What is the most popular setting to have it on?

Ok if it's the same as the MP10 this should work if not consult the owners manual. The most popular is "Reef Crest" You will see 3 buttons on your controller.
Press the mode button, far left........till you see the yellow ring of light.
Set the speed by turning the dial.........the blue dots will glow 1 through 12.
Once you set the max speed press the set button in the middle.
The first 2 blue LED's will glow BRIGHT this is Reef Crest......if the 3rd and 4th LED's glow BRIGHT this is "Lagoon"

The blue LED lights will glow brighter than the rest for a second depending on the mode you choose.
For Reef Crest you want to press the set button till you see the first 2 LED lights glow brightest.
