Help with My Kole Tang

I thought my Kole Tang had Ich. It cleared up completely on Friday. Then on Saturday it started looking poor again. Today the side fins have cloudy spots and its skin is bumpy. Its tail fin and rear body also have developed some large splotches. It is not rubbing on the rocks and is still picking at the glass and has eaten some mysis soaked in Garlic.

Any ideas???

I don't necessarily see 'ich' spots on the fish.

I see the discolored tail, was there something there before? Did it look like Lymphocystis virus? (google image search)

What are you feeding him? He looks to be thin, his stomach curves up giving the apperance that he is skinny.
