Help with my new light, please help

Coralife has a hanging device so that you can hang it from the ceiling ora shelf or something ... like if you didnt want to drill it into the ceiling... you can make something out of like... 2x4's ..... something like that...... hth a little

amber ,
switching the legs like mikeeal suggests should'nt change the 24 inches that you're worried about. i have tried to edit your pic to show, i have only done the left hand side.

however this may not be possible, i dont the know the unit or if theres any ridges that may stop this happening.

in the pic it looks like it would work, but when i actually did it, it didn't work right. But thats ok, me and my husband are going to make a suport thing behind the tank that works, so it's all good, i'll post pics later :D

Somehow "I told you so," just doesn't cut it.

Can we start with the blonde jokes now?

i quoted myself lol, yeah it works. Me and my husband built this thing behind the tank to keep all the cords and tubing away from the kids and also i can support the light on that when i need more room over the tank, like when i'm digging around in the tank lol

Okay, I am dumb and I still can't figure this out. I have the same dimensions as her.. but I can't get it to fit, what gives?! What am I doing wrong guys???

Now that you figured it out, don't you fel stupid lol I know i did and my hubby didn't let it go, he kept making fun of me lol

Well, I thought ALL the legs had to be inverted the same way... so everytime I had one side inverted, and the other... one end never fit. So I'm like "holy crap *** am I doing wrong here!?" Then I came back and looked at your tank, I seen the front legs were somewhat different than the back.. anyways, with a few hours of fooling around. I got it ! Pics to come ASAP
