help with my overflows

My sump is a 75g tank and the sock will be on the exteme left. The DT is 5ft 150g I'm wondering if I can run both drain pipes (tank-to-sock) out of only one overflow. Then run my two returns (pump-to-tank) out of the other overflow. I guess at that point I don't really need the overflow anymore other than to make everything look neat.

What I'm afraid of is some water will get "stuck" on one side because there is no drain over there.

I think you would end up with stagnant water on the return side?
What if you used one of the bulkheads for the return and plumbed the other to your
Filter sock,
Then you would have three drains.
Then turn one of the three into an emergency drain.

The reason I'm trying to avoid running a drain from the right overflow is I don't want to have a 6ft tube running through my stand.

I know it can be done its just a pain
