Help with mystery disease

The best way to describe the problem is I have lost 3 fish lately, after they have developed what appears tp be a milky film that gets over the eyes, and the eyes start bulging. Can't see to eat. It happens rather quickly, and death happens quickly. My water parameters are not bad, as far as I can tell. I am running a 90g, with 40g sump. Any ideas?

After some research, I am leaning toward "cloudy eye" didn't know there was a condition like that
