Help with New Clown Fishes

I will have to check my fish today when I get home to see if the spot is still there.
How can you guys determine if it's a male or female?
The fishes swim against the powerhead water current.

Also the Rods Food is well known in the Chicago area. He breeds Onyx clowns and that is what he feeds them. It's an all in one food, probably not good to start with since a lot of the ingredients are designed for corals as well.
