HELP with new fish

I just got friday afternoon a Flame angel and today I noticed some white cloudy stuff on one of his eyes. He has been feeding fine.

Any help will greatly be apreciated, Paid alot for this fish.

Is the eye protruding in any way? Is he in a QT?
