Help with octopus bio pellet reactor

I just received octopus BR110 bio pellet reactor.What pump is best for this reactor? Currently I have it hooked up to MJ1200,but its hardly doing anything.I have about 400 ml.pellets in there and no tumbling at all.

I am using a Tunze silence 1073.02 with that reactor and 500 ml. of pellets and it is doing a great job. The pump is flow adjustable as well which is nice.

Thanks,did you have to any mods to connect the two of them? Looks like the Tunze pump has 3/4in. outlet and the reactor 1/2 inlet.

id like to know this as well. they recommend the tunze pump for the reactor but i wasnt sure how they want you connecting it.

I used 3/4" i.d. hose from the pump and used a clamp on the reactor input, maybe not the best method but I haven't had any problems. I used 1/2" on the output side.

I used a 3/4" to 1/2" reducer and it worked well.

That is what I would do as well. I didn't have the parts on hand when I did mine and didn't want to make a run at the time.
