Help with placement of 2 wave makers

Ok so I have 2 rw-4 arriving this week. They are destined for my 60gal cube tank. With my rock work in a horseshoe shape where would ideal placement for each be? I can't decide from vertical in the middle. Top open corners. One high corner one low corner. Both on one side of the back wall. Can I get a wave in this tank or should I set it on random reef(else) mode and just have erratic flows?

I think you'll just have to wait and try out all of the different possibilities.

Is this tank stocked yet? If so, your inhabitants will dictate how much flow and where that flow will be directed.

An airstone set-up can help you see where/how your flow moves by releasing micro bubbles into the water column. Squirting air through a turkey baster in front of one of the powerheads will also work, just not as well.

Personally I don't think two rw4s will be enough in that tank.

That's 2100gph combined plus I have an eheim return from the sump underneath How much flow should I have?
