Help with pump and heat

100g: 60L 20W 18H. There is no need to run huge volumes of water through the sump, it leds to noise, salt creep, and bubbles in the display.

It adds a little heat (any affordable pump will), but not much. The sedra 5k for my asm G-3 added more heat to the water than the 100px-x did (submersible 40w versus external 130w).
