help with radion sync problem

I have three radions over my tank, all are in the same group and on a custom program. At the end of the day when lights are ramping down one light is much brighter than the other two and even has different colors on. I called tech support yesterday and they told me to calibrate all my lights. I did this but it did not fix the problem, I sent them an email last night but got no response. Anyone had this issue or know how to fix it.

I have heard about this. Have you tried to factory reset ALL of them yet?

I did this for another problem and reloaded the program and it fixed all my problems.

Reset to factor is how I solve any issues

If after reset and calibration and they are not fixed. I would call again and get them to send another one.

sorry have not had chance to do it yet, been working like crazy. Going to try tonight I will let you know if it works. Ecotech support emailed me and told me to disable the buttons on the unit and recalibrate which I did and that still did not fix problem

This happened to me, I reset all of them to factory and then unplugged them for about 30 seconds and then ran ESL and it recognized the lights and I was able to program/sync with no problem.

If calibration did not correct the issue, it sounds like the Radion buttons are being interfered with. I recommend following these steps to correct the issue:

1. Start the connection manager
2. Right click the connection manager icon
3. Select "USB Radion" and "Disable Radion Buttons"
4. Finally hit the "Program All" button to save your changes

This did not work, I reset to factory, disabled the buttons and calibrated again. Still have the problem. I will call on Monday

One other thing to try if you haven't already is check the connection with the power supply. If you do not have a firm connection with the power supply it can cause the Radions to look not as bright. If this still doesn't fix the problem, please call 1-800-785-0338 Ext. 2.
