Help with return pump for 150 gallon tank

I Need Help For My New Set Up Which Is A 150 Gallon...this Is My First Time Using A Sump So I Dont Know What Return Pump To Purchase..so If You Guys Can Help Me Out I Would Really Appreciate It...It Will Only Have 1 Return And Height Between Sump And Return Is Like 4ft and it does have a built in overflow....

You need to know/post what your overflow can handle. Typically a 1.5" overflow ~ <700 gph.

You want a ball valve on the return pump line so that you can adjust the flow down if needed.

A Mag 7 would would work well in a typical setup.
