Help with Set up tomorrow!!

We have a couple that have volunteered to help with setting up the tables tomorrow.

I will be there at 4, but seeing as I am still not supposed to be lifting much at this time I am limited in what I can do. I have been warned by my Robin about that.

Anyone that can be there to help set up tomorrow would be appreciated!!

Hey Bill, I have a table that I will bring for the club frag tank.I would feel better,the tank is approximatly 40 to 45 gallons,thats alot of weight.It is only 4 feet long.

i think this year weare getting the wood tables,if thats so. they will be heavy and shouldnt get wet,im going to sams friday should i pick up a roll of plastic table cover,you cut it off as you need it.i think its around $15.i can see if i can get it on the truck with the tables,be sure to leave enough for me and BJ to cover our food tables saturday morning,

ok i was thinking the tables were being delivered around 4 & i would have time to go to sams and get the roll of table cover.but glitzy said the tables were loaded up at 8;30 this morning & heading that way,i have a DR app at 3;30 and wont be going up there this evening,but i know the table covers need to get on the tables befor they put the tanks on it,is their any one going down tonight that is close to me in collierville that could come by and get it?
