i have a 2 bulb T5 set up with a IC430
i've checked the bulbs, one is new, one is used but works on other tank
ive checked the wires where they go into the end caps, cut them back and re set them,
bulbs fit tight in each cap
one of the bulbs flickers and the other doesn't
so what is the problem, do i replace all the end caps?
