Help with Tank Build

I am currently in the initial design stages, and need a little help. I am trying to plan it right so I can get a good idea of the costs involved. What I need help with is a good working design. I am leaning on a 125 gallon reef ready aquarium from Truvuaquariums. Has anyone out there bought an aquarium from them, and does anyone have places where I could research the design. What I mean by this is the plumbing, and all that stuff. I have set up tanks but has been 14 gal biocube. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This site is the right place. Just look over people's blogs and especially the large tank sub-forum

I have a small tank, but the only advice I have is keep your plumbing as simple as you can and always test worst case scenario.. IE, what happens if you lose power? stuff like that.
