hi everyone,

i was able to snap this picture at my LFS but i wasn't able to ID what kind of trigger it is.

<img src="http://i2.tinypic.com/29bg412.jpg">

any ideas?

that's what i was thinking as it has some similarities...but at the same time..it's different.

i showed it to a wholesaler and he said he's never seen one like that before. i went through a few books to see if i could ID it but couldn't yet. maybe it's a morph of the goldenback.

Looks like a blue throat trigger to me. I've seen several of them lately at the local fish stores. Very cool looking trigger, with almost transparent fins.

pasadena tropical fish in pasadena. unfortunately they do not ship.

thanks for the ID of the trigger. someone posted in the socal forum that the asking price is $1500 - same as marinecenter's.

no the fish is marked up only 300%...these thing command serious dollars

For a fish that u can get wholesale for $300-$400 i say that price is retarded.

yowsa, chill, who cares what they charge?

If you can afford a 1000 dollar fish, you can probably afford a 1500 dollar fish.
