Help With Tunze 6101 Pumps

I purchased 2 Tunze Stream 6101 pumps June 6th 2008 from MarineDepot.com. They did not see water until the end of July. Both are giving me trouble in the last few weeks.

The first one stoped turning the propeller about a month ago. I cleaned it with vinegar however, I did not see anything encrusting on it. I placed it back in the tank and it works fine but if I lose power to it, I occasionally have to cycle the power to the transformer for it to kick start.

The second pump will no longer work at all. I swapped the pump from the other one that works and through process of elimination, determined it is the transformer.

Help.

I see you are in Austin. Can you bring the pumps by? As long as the electronics did not get wet this would be covered under warranty.

Thank you, Roger. What day would be good to stop by? It would have to be over my lunch hour or after work if that is ok. Otherwise on the weekend.

Any day is fine. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and we take our lunch between 1 and 2 pm.
