Help with vertex puratek

I have the basic model 100gpd to/unit vertex puratek. It won't run any better then 30psi. Is there a way to get it faster, or do I have it hooked up wrong or what? Some one help!! Is there a restrictor I'm missing or a valve hooked up wrong or what??

What is your tap pressure? Does this unit have a booster pump? If so, how old are your filters? Low pressure is is often a sign of poor tap water pressure in the absence of a booster pump or if you have a booster pump, it's generally a sign of a plugged up membrane. It may just be time to change your RO membrane and sediment/carbon cartridges.
