Help with wiring Arctic Fans

I bought two of these fans used with some other equipment. Do these fans get wired to a converter (like a cordless phone charger) or do they we wired directly to a circuit?

those are 120V AC so they use house current. Be sure to well protect the connection to a cord with some mastic or other waterproofing material.
