I have some zoas that are spreading all over my tank
how do i get rid of them

You can take the rock out cut some of the polyps and frag them onto a smaller rock or anything put them in your tank and try to take some of them and sell them to the LFS or local reefers.

they are some pretty big rocks
like the size of an eggplant

if you kill them, you're basically just throwing money away. trade or sell them.
