my yellow tang has what looks like a very fine clear worm stuck to its side and the fish is scrating on everything to try and get it off!!!

what iis it? how do i get rid of it? i would send a pic but the worm or what ever is so thin i gcant get it.

plz HELP!!!

i do have a cleaner but i have never seen the tang being cleaned and i lost a clown yesterday witch looks like the same thing.
