Just got my new profilux 3 and my diy leds. but the pro came with no disc or anything so where and what do i download? any help would be great im 100% confused now.

hey aqd i know your a rep for profilux, my profilux never came with a rs3232 connector. but i dont need it at this point, how do i know the proper way to calibrate and hook up my ph probe also my temp probe? thanks

Names Michael. Welcome to the GHL forum, Yep I have the honourable role of North American distribution and support. I am a bit absent from here right now due to being out the country visiting family in the UK so sorry for any late reply.

RS232 - ALL profiLux's come with RS232 port it is an integral part of the controller and can not be removed. Maybe you mean the cable? If this is the case then all ProfiLux's should be supplied with the Profiser (GHL RS232) cable. If you purchased new and did not get this please contact your vendor.

To connect the pH probe, connect it to the PH port marked PH on the back of the controller and same with the Temp probe. You do not need to calibrate the temp probe and never should be played with to be honest.

I think Chris (Boboxx) has answered other questions, but if still stuck please make sure you sign up to the official GHL global support forum at www.aquariumcomputer.com/forum here you will get access to GHL developers and the global support network as support is not always carried out on RC.

thanks michael, how do i calibrate the temp and ph probe though? i have the calibration fluid that came with the kit just not sure how to go about it. thanksfor the help
