My torch sometimes mealts a head for no reason. At least none I can pinpoint. It has done it like 3 times over the last 2 years. Just up and mealts away and the rest of the heads are fine. Hopefully it is isolated to the 2 heads. But how long have you had it and has it been banged up? Could have caused it to die.
