WWWWWWWWEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLL, I'm sure some of you remember the whole "Halipera (sp) is melting into my enia" post, well I took your advize and let it be. WELL, it slowly moved to the bottom, so now the xenia is ATTACHED to the algae instead of the rock!!!! NOW what do I do lol how do I get it to let go? What do I do lol.

the xenia is now attached to a piece of algae, how do I reattach it to the rock????

Rubberband him loosley but not too loose to a piece of rock rubble and he should be fine!

will they ever attach that way? or should I pull the halimeda off first?

I would just attach them to the rock and wait a couple of days and then check on the xenia to see if they attached themselves. That should work. It only takes a couple of days for them to attach to something, just like I said make sure there rubberbanded on good but not to tight.

i dont think I am understanding, will they unattach from the haliepera themselves through the rock?
