Sometime last nite my bubble tip got sucked into my tunze. Make a long story short not much was left and my water is milky looking. Is everything in my tank in danger of being poisoned or will the protein skimming be enough to clean up my water.

Run carbon. Change carbon daily until it's ok. Water change. If you have access to a cannister filter and can run a 1 micron filter that would help, too.
