Helping a friend sell her 24 nano

I'm helping a friend of mine sell her 24 gallon nano cube because she and her family are moving to West Virginia. Its been up for almost a year. Below are its contents:

24 Nano Tank
Stand
30 lbs of live rock
Green zoos (radioactive green)
Eagle eye zoos
Red zoos (Bam bams i think)
Candy cane
Frogspawn Frag (two heads)
Xenias (out the wha hoo!)
Purple Mushrooms
Star Polyps
Lawnmower Blenny
Fire goby
2 Small Green Chromis
Six Line Wrasse
2 Emerald crabs
hermits
Nasarius snails
Margaritas (I think)

She would like to sell it all for $700 obo.
If anyone know someone that is wanting to get one let me know asap. The tank is at her home on 280 going towards Chelsea. Thank you.

A picture would defentaly help her out ~ would she consider parting out livestock, she might do just about as well with the coral list.

If part out is possible I'll take frog spawn and Xenias along with the Chromis and LMB.

I just talked to my friend about parting just bits and pieces of the setup and she would really like sell it all at one time. I'll see if I can get a picture of the aquarium. Toytek, the candy cane is like a teal color and the fire goby is a red color. If you're still interested still that one was actually a frag of mine. Just about all of the corals in her nano are attach to the live rock.
