Heniochus which one?

That is one of my favorite fish as it's such a great cleaner so much so that I nicknamed them Nurse fish 
No they're not reef safe but a wonderful fish in a FOWLR tank. When I look at all of the beautiful butterfly fish and larger angels I in some ways miss my 200 gal tank. But it's so easy to take care of my 40b and that makes me not miss the big tanks as much.
How big is your tank? Have you checked out how big that Heni will get? What other fish are in your tank and what others do you have planned on your stocking list?

Hard to tell with that angle but it looks like H. accuminatus to me which is the not reef safe one.

they are a BF so reef safe is a relative term. Great fish though

Agreed! Relatively reef safe might be a better term. They also get pretty large pretty fast.
