OK, So as the story goes... I have a edge 57 rimless that I am setting up. I tried using the supplied drain line, lets just say its a bit more than LOUD!!
This has me looking at the herbie method, I have two holes in the bottom of the overflow. One has a 1" bulkhead and the other a 3/4" bulkhead. I was considering using the 1" as primary full siphon but I'm concerned that the 3/4"
wont be enough for the emergency back up....
Looking for opinions, which would you make primary and which the emergency. Return to the tank will be routed over the back of the tank. As far as the return to the tank, I'm considering splitting the return so that I have one on each side of the tank.... Thoughts? Thanks for your help!
