I have a 50 gallon set up, I have a pair of mated percula clowns, green chromis, orange anthias. What would work best to eat algae from sand and rocks? I would appreciate any suggestions.

A reaction chamber, some GFO and carbon dosing. I know, not the answer you wanted. Although there are plenty of algae eating fish, they won't fix algae problems, only contribute. The presence of nuisance algae means you already have nutrient issues. Adding another defecating animal is not the answer. Work on getting you nutrients under control, lots of water changes with RODI water and nutrient export(protein skimmer, gfo, macroalgae, and carbon dosing).

I use a fluval 405 with opticarb, phosphate remover, and bio media pre filter. I had some issues when I had crushed coral bed. In january I switched to a live sand bed, then had issue with red algae on sand then it cleared up and started getting green, now I have both!
