i went out and got some measurements. the stand has a opening on the end that is 13 inches wide and 16 inches tall . i might have to have a sump made with a odd shape on one end to allow for the skimmer, the vertex in 250 is internal ,:hmm1: was going to build a side cabinet to hide skimmer on the end that way it will slide into the end and into the cabinet for the skimmer to fit in. any one have any better ideas please stuck here at this point till i get a game plain

ok went to petco to get a 40 breeder tank for a sump, they have none and they told me they can not order any, and he will not have any till the sale is over. i guess i will have to drive to okc and call them up there to see if they have any in stock. anyone up there been in petco and know if they have any

made a run to the Norman petco and got 2 of the 40 breeders i guess a will use one for a for a refuge, also went and check of a 300 for sale on Craig list. she was wanting 300 for it, but the seals where bad and it has not see any water in 6 years, they had a rat in it, so was to afraid of it , also the had drilled holes in the bottom for air at one time.

thanks for the info insidejoke

well got down a few days and was sick with some king of stomach flue was bad. well did a little bit more today just but in ro/di unit in the water heater closet nothing fancy just quick and dirty no bucket now. still did not get the auto shut off to work but i can make water anyways. oh forgot pulled a good drunk one night :) :celeb3:

will after a few cold ones, and some thought i am adding a side cabinet to hold the 2 40 gal breeder tanks and the new skimmer that will not fit under the tank. it will make the set up longer then i wanted but it the only way i can get it to work. Pluming might be a night mare, not to good with these computer programs but with this crude drawing i think u will get the idea.

if you have a fuge that is lighted 24/7 you shouldnt need a light on your sump. It will just grow algae all over in places you dont want it

i was thinking of reverse light setting when tank lights are on the fuge light is off, and so on that was more what i was talking about, i was reading that tthis helped with ph swings at night, but was looking into the zone, since i will have a 40 gal fuge
thanks
