one of my hermits mollted but i dont have any extra shells and i dont know where to get more. will he die?

hermits usually molt at night..........

in any case, with no other shell available it'll probably crawl back into the old shell.

Hermits won't die simply because a larger home isn't available.

Most pet stores sell larger various shell sizes for these occasions, I know for sure that Caribbean forest has some, I saw them yesterday on the counter near the checkout.

Without larger shell it is a matter of time, the more casualties, the more extra shells Just trying to think on the positive side...
