After a week of pouting, he came out and made a few laps around the tank. First he swam straight up to the top, stuck his head out of the water and looked at the eggcrate. Guess he decided he wasn't going to make it threw this time.
Then he when over eat some shrimp. swam around the with the butterflies for a while, came up to the glass said good night and went back under his rock. But at least I know he is alive, and still in the tank.
