Afternoon all,

I bought a anenome at the weekend for my skunk clowns. its a beautiful purple coloured one and it was loking very healthy so I bought it now that my tanks mature enough..

my only query with it is, I placed it on the sand bed, but since ive turned my 4 nano streams back on its getting blown to the back of the tank, should I just let it settle and let the foot take hold of something on its own, or should I be trying something else?

I dont want to disturb it too much as I know they are fragile creatures at the best of times..

ur thoughts, its very sticky, its just the foot doesnt seem to wanna take hold..

it'll find it's own spot and settle in, hardly ever where you'd like it to be at mind you :)

FWIW when you can see the purple tips it's bleached and that's how you find 99% of them in the LFS for purchase, they are stressed from being brought into captivity. when healthy they'll be dark tan color and you won't be able to see the purple in the tips at all.

kc

a few pics of mine, as you can see in the close up, no purple tips.
