Did you get your led's yet? I got the 48" strip. Pretty nice. Also got a crap 6 bulb t5. Started tearing the t5 apart. The only thing I'm reusing off it are the timer and the moonlight led's.

I'm building a 4 bulb t5 with that in between the t5's.

Have you considered the E5' t5 tube retrofit? Don't need to gut a t5 fixture you just pop em in. they are dimmable too.

Yea, I did look at them. Not quite the par though, and so far I've only seen blue and white. Also unless you go to ATI, most of the t5 fixtures are made quite cheep. I'm replacing everything in the fixture except the timer and moon light led's.

Hey Jesse!

Yep I got them. They look nice and can set them from my tab or phone through wifi. They make the colors pop nicely.

I think that I will change out some of the warm whites for 420's and or cool whites.

I guess we'll see how the corals like it as I add them.

The RBTA's are still where they moved to the night I put them in. The one that is most exposed seems to have bleached a little and the one that is obscured by the rocks has held it'size and color. They both seem to expell water after the lights go into sunset mode and fill back up within a half an hour.
