FYI if you have never been to a swap it is pretty much like a flea market, computer show or any other "swap meet". There were about 400 people through the doors last year and probably around 50-60 tables full of corals, lighting and other equipment. It's a great situation if you will have a tank set up and need anything to get it going or you just want to meet people with the same interests.
The club has an online form at the c-sea.org address that you can print and fill out to mail in or you could just bring your money for dues to the first meeting after you arrive and become a member on the spot. You could also attend a meeting or two without becoming a member if you just want to see if you would like it or not. Nobody checks ID at the door and we are a pretty friendly bunch.
There will be a large raffle at the frag swap and I have heard that there will even be a new tank donated to raffle off.
We have a raffle at every meeting with livestock and then a members only raffle of one item.
