High Divin' Vlamingi Tang

Last night when I was doing my nightly check on my 580g FOWLR I found my Vlamingi tang dead on my fireplace mantle. He obviously jumped out, much to my dismay. I've never heard of tangs jumping but apparently they do. Has anyone else lost a tang due to it jumping out of your tank?

Luckily I found my orange spot rabbit on the concrete floor in the basement within 5 minutes of it jumping a couple months ago. I put it back in but it didn't look too happy for a while. Is fine now but never saw the ich that should have shown up within a week or so of it jumping from all the "stress" it went through.
