OK my pocillipora spawned,polyped out, it has done this twice and i removed it. Now the spread out pocillipora has spawned itself. Now it is on the glass, snails and everything, in nooks and crannies. I cannot physically remove it all. I am either going to remove all my corals and start by burning every piece I find or is there a way I could remove my corals and cause a huge PH spike or PH drop and this would kill the pocillipora and not damage the live rock. Removing the coral at this stage would not be bad. I want this pocillipora gone,but do not want to damage my live rock or sandbed.

Well killing them is rather severe when most people would love a piece of it for free 
Chemically there is no way to kill it without killing living things on your live rock too. The only way I can think of is to dose phosphate or nitrates but then algae will grow on the rocks. Which aint bad.
You know you could sell them to your lfs? Do you have a picture of this coral nuisance? Perhaps find one on the internet?

I cannot think of a good way to kill corals with chemicals without killing live rock. Raising the temperature might do it.
This pocillipora is in about 60 spots all over my tank and there is no really good way of getting at it, and it is actually under the branches of some of my smaller pieces, no way to get kalk paste on the pocillipora. It is growing faster than the other corals and I m afraid of chemical warfare, and when that happens it will spawn again and spread even more...get the picture. My tank will be densely populated by the end of this year maybe. I am about to remove all my rock piece by piece and remove it physically and burn it with an acetylene torch. Most of the pieces are only 2 inches around now and get as small as a dime.
You mean elevated temperature? I'm not sure, but many corals bleach and die in the mid 80's and I expect coralline algae and many inverts will survive that if the water is aerated adequately.
