hippo tang HELP!?!?!?

i just recently purchased a hippo tang on sat. he has been doing great with my 2 cleaner shrimp ,2 clown fish, goby and snails/hermits.there are no signs of ich..i think. it is on is fin on the top of his body and there are a few medium bubbles near the backand the front is all small bubbles like he was injured somehow. we just did a water change yesterday the salinity is in check and so are the other parameters.just wondering if any of you had any suggestions as to what has happened and what i should do. my gut instinct says to me he was inujured by another fish?but i could be wrong.

did my best.wow was that hard to get a clear picture i think there is one in there that you can tell where they are but that is it. the clarity sucked when u get real close.

could be injured, perhaps shipping stress. Keep water quality up, how is he eating? if the fish is eating fine, all should be well.
