Hippo tang with bumps/bubbles on side of stomach

My hippo is 2/5 inches long and has had bumps on the sides of his stomach for a couple of months now.
He has been in a QT tank that was treated with copper and prazipro.

He is fat and healthy - however, sometimes the bumps are there, sometimes they go away

They are less than a quarter of an inch each with mutiple on each side of the fish. There is no change in color.It looks as if it is coming from the inside out.

He is active and eats well and he has grown FAT.

I would like to move him out of QT soon, but waiting for your advice!

Any help would be great.

Lots of tangs, particularly smaller ones seem to have this. I have been told that it is completely normal and nothing to worry about and I have also been told that it 'can' be caused by intestinal parasites. If you haven't, you might want treat for internal parasites before moving the fish from quarantine.
