Hitch Hiker ID Help

MTS Sufferer!
If anyone can tell me a good reference for looking up hitch hikers please chime in. I don't have a camera so I know I may be needing to go look through pictures, but please point me in the right direction. My Bali Alor rock has been in the tank for 3 weeks. I don't need fish, I can just look at this rock with a maginfying glass all day! Two things I am curious about. I have seen some clear slug looking things on the glass, they are about a quarter inch long, and seem to be all mouth as they go over the glass. The other thing I have noticed is best described as looking like a maggot. They are brown, don't move fast, and don't mind the light. They are 1/2 to 3/4 inches long, and less than a half inch in diameter. My cycle was quick, and my rock is quickly being covered with coraline algae. There is still some green hair algae, but it is receding quickly. I want to get some clean up crew members this weekend, but want to make sure I don't have any major problem first. Thanks in advance for the help!

Thanks for the help! I gues the clear flatworms are no big deal, still looking for the brown maggot looking things!
