I had this X-large muchroom rock. So I broke it into 4 pcs. About 4 months go by and I start noticing this slug looking thing just barely sticking his head out from under one of the mushrooms. I keep an eye on it for another a while and I haven't had any problems so far. I was just wondering what it is?
What your looking at is a rock hard tunnel this hitch hiker is building. It started it from the base of the rock and it lives inside it. I can't get a picture of the animal but the head looking like a snail. Two antaena's and it's the same color as the tunnel. As far as I can tell the hitch hiker is a filter feeder and uses the spider web to fish for particles.
