Hitchhiker Brittle stars...Good or Bad

I have found two of these now and an wondering if they are good or bad. I have herd a few stories of little brittle stars that wrap around corals and keep them from opening. The picture was taking in a shot glass and both stars were about the same size with black and bands on their arms.

I have hundreds of em.. no problem, they hide in rocks and eat whatever small stuff

what do the bad one look like?

The bad ones are the green larger brittle stars which have been known to eat fish.

I too have "lots" of them in my tank. I beleive the numbers are related to the amount of food you feed. The more excess food the more you will have.

THose are good for clean up WHen I feed they come out of the live rock looks like hundreds of them.

i wish i had a few of them hitch hike on my rock
