Hitchhiking black spiny nudie, id?

I spotted this little snail on my new micronesian lr, anyone got an idea of what it is and if it's reef safe? It's about 3/4".

It looks like some sort of sea cucumber.

It does look like a small Stichopus, but I've never seen one that small. Maybe Leslie or one of the holothurian experts will be able to give you a better ID.
