hmmm looking for used equipment and everything is 3 months old......hmmmm

I have been looking and looking for a skimmer and other goods and it seems as though all the equipment I find is only 3 months old. It is completely amazing all this 3 month old equipment for sale. I even bought a skimmer about a year ago that was only 3 months old and it was covered in algea (wow that is a lot of corraline for 3 months)

All these 3 month old equipment people remind me of drug addicts who all claim they only do drugs every once in a while.

You know I just setup a tank and have to get rid of it because of the move. It is only 3 months old. You intrested.

After three months I'm usually ready for an upgrade.

saltyESQ - Dont feel bad. I bought a "1-2 year old" pump on eBay. It was 8 years old! PayPal told me that the description was accurate.

What are they smoking over there?

That reminds me...since you're an attorney...what do you suggest for cases like this?

it is a breach of contract and both parties should be made whole so you should be able to return the pump and you should get your $$ back.
